connection seems to be slower (I actually ran a few tests), at the same time the monthly service charge was increased after 1 year (we have 2 year contract). During one of the service disruptions I called Comcast support and we performed standard modem tests and reboots together with their technician. It did not help and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. In 3 or 4 hours I checked the connection and it appeared to get restored magically. I cancelled the appointment.
They unilaterally canceled my appointment to have internet installed and did not notify me, and canceled the promised promotion.
I probably should be grateful after seeing all the complaints online from this provider.
