Mr. Clark is always very pleasant. He explains everything in great detail and works with you on the cost of services and parts. I've used him before to replace an oxygen sensor and also did major engine work an another vehicle. His pricing is very fair and each time I've used his services I've been very satisfied with his work. They have standard pricing for their brake jobs so no real negotiating needed this time. But I did not mind as I'm fairly confident the job was done correctly and up to my standards for service on my older vehicle. He and his sons are very knowledgeable and will get the job done right.
