Jorge and his team were amazing. They did a thorough job and met timelines. Honest, friendly and fair priced.

So good so far. They had had the next price quote. The work was clean and quick. No complaints.

Did multiple jobs Due to Wind storm last month. Fixed roof, Attic, Damaged Ceiling. Had to install new shingles. Paint, Fix other Damages. Work was performed on a timely basis. Communicated well.

Jorge quickly finished the emergent job. Will be using his services again for several other projects.

Jorge, the owner, and his crew did an excellent job on remolding second floor. It is now the best looking house in the neighborhood. I also renovated all my bathrooms, and they did super excellent job. Everything for a very economical price.

Jorge is a nice guy. His guys used the wrong nails on my roof and it took a while for him to come back and fix the problem. But, overall his work is good and reasonably priced.

Jorge is personable and seems knowledgeable enough, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I hired him to repair a couple of roof leaks as well as install a couple of gutter downspouts. The leaks were not obvious until a torrential downpour, which we recently experienced and resulted in a puddle inside of a closet. I contacted Jorge, who lives only 5 minutes away, on a Thursday and he said he would either come by that day or over the weekend. He never came nor did he call.

On September 12th 2018 Jorge Jerez , Capital Home Remodeling Inc. was hired to repair a leaking roof in our bedroom Replace and seal as Jorge referred to the roof as some popping up nails. On Friday Nov 2nd and Sat Nov 3rd we had our first significant rain and we once again had a leak in the bedroom on the side of the roof that was repaired. Jorge told me that he guaranteed his work for six months. I text Jorge on Monday Nov 5th that the roof was leaking , he called me that same day and said he would be out Wed or Thursday . I have since text him 3 times and called twice in an attempt to confirm a time as he wants me to be on the premises when he does the work. He has gone radio silent and it would appear has no intention of standing by his work. I paid in full $450.00 in the form of a check that was cashed on Sep 14th . It appears I will have to hire another roofer to fix the same job Jorge was paid to repair

I hired Jorge to replace several shingles on the roof of our house and to also repair a flat roof over the garage. The price was slightly below the quotes I was getting from other contractors and he seemed to be a nice guy. They did ok, but a sloppy job. They promised to fix it. I paid in full but they never came back to fix it. For the past four months I've been begging him to come and finish the job to no avail. Giving one star for the humiliation I'm having for my own money.

Jorge responded quickly to my request. He came and quoted me on the (admittedly small) job. He explained all the work he needed to do. Once the job was scheduled, he arrived early and completed it in record time. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who can use his services.

Jorge called within minutes of asking for help on Home Advisor. We set a day and time for him to come out, view the job and give us an estimate -to repair a garage roof which an oak branch had fallen through, repaire a deck railing, and clean the gutters.He then called within days and came out and completed the job (s). His estimate was fair and we were completely happy with the completed job (s). He and his helpers cleaned up everything when finished. (He actually came out on a Sunday!!!). We will difinitely call him again for future jobs.

Jorge and his company, Capital Home Remodeling, installed vinyl siding and a new gutter system at our recently purchased home. They really did a beautiful job. He started promptly once we hired him and the job was finished in 4 days. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and he gave us a great price. He is a very nice man and also very professional. We intend to use him and his company for other home improvement projects at our home as they come up. We highly recommend this company to others looking for a home improvement contractor in the Union County area. Thank you Jorge!
