Cost $1400 we give the deposit they require on July 21, 2021 and today's date is December 16, 2021 and I still without my product. I called on November 3, 2021 they said in 2 more weeks and it's been 6 more weeks from that call and nothing yet. Not recommended.

It was very disappointing. The only reason we chose them that they were nearby. It took them 2 months to get the door for me. They had promised me a custom door and that was the reason for the delay but it ended up being a stock door that the installer had to alter to fit it into the space. We live in an old house. The work was fine but it was their horrible service that let them down.

The job got delayed for a few months because the person who does awnings was injured. They did a really good job once the work was done. It was a fast and neat job once they did come out, but the delay was aggravating.

BASICALLY MOST CONTRACTORS ALL WORK THE SAME. THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, THEN THEY ORDERED THE DOOR AND WHEN IT CAME IN THEY CAME BACK TO DO THE WORK. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS CONCERNING THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE ABLE TO DO SOME QUALITY WORK ON OUR HOME, AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB UP PRETTY QUICKLY. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T AS CONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS THEY SHOULD BE.
