Mark Bleiweis was very responsive, returned calls right away, provided a fair estimate, and was able to perform the work within a few days of the call. Mark is licensed, is safety conscience, and very thorough. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely use again for any plumbing issues.

The fact that he charged the rate of $205.00/hr because he charged for two men is riduclous. The other man was a young man he was apprenticing. For 3.5 hours he charged $717.50. I had bought the wrong hardware so he replaced it and charged me $927.00 for a shower head and the hardware for the tub and a faucet in the kitchen. He said it had a lifetime warranty but then didn’t give me the receipt or warranty to back that up. If something goes wrong with it I have nothing to prove when and where I bought it. The job did not require two men. I am happy with an apprentice coming and learning on the job, but to charge the same price for that additional man to come do the work one man could be doing is not good.

"I also got a letter from the Better Business Bureau about the same complaint. They will send (member) copies of the original warranty since she misplaced them."
