Very pleased with the service they provided. y Dewalt rechargeable battery would not recharge anymore, & since a new Dewalt 14.4 volt battery pack costs $79 new, I decided to give them a try. They reuse the housing as long as its in good shape & install fresh rechargeable batteries inside, guarantee it for one year, all for $49, cannot beat that! Soon afterwords I purchased a battery for my wife's Saturn Vue. I am a diesel mechanic by trade, I changed out the battery while they supplied a temporary 12 volt battery pack plugged into the cigarette lighter so none of the car's electronic memory was lost...I think the whole exchange took 15 minutes, & they took the old battery back in exchange. Most recently I brought them the skylight back-up battery because Velux wanted $160 for a replacement. Again they reused the outer shell & installed new rechargeable batteries inside all for $40 with a year guarantee. They provide a great service & are very knowledgeable about battery replacement in general.
