First, Brad from B and B returned the call the same day and made the appointment that same week. Once the appointment was scheduled, he was very punctual and stated exactly what he was going to do, gave us the estimate and left a palette of stains for us to choose a color if we decided to use his services. Once we decided to use his company, he came on time and did exactly what he said he would do. We were very satisfied with the end result!
