+ 0 moreFrom the start, straight through work. Very neat and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. At days finished, George always explained what was done, why he did it and how we should operate the system.
Description of Work: Authentic Quality Plumbing installed a central air conditioning system. The day they promised to start and finish, they held to their word. During the work, extremely professional, polite and cleaned up.Yesterday,Saturday, we had what we thought was a problem. We called, and while eating out our call was returned. When we arrived home, 8:30 PM, George, the owner was there to check the system. We never asked him to come, but, on his own his concern that our unit malfunctioned and we had no cooling.This is truly a professional who stands behind and backs their workmanship.
