Perry at the office was understanding, flexible, and extremely helpful. Despite all of our delays, he never waivered in assuring us the job would be done when we were ready. When we finally closed, Will, the installer, arrived exactly on time, and finished the complete installation very efficiently.
I installed locks in my previous house and it took hours - you are missing parts, need a special tool, retrofitting into the holes of the last lock is tricky, everything has to be precisely level and accurate, and the mess you leave behind. Using this locksmith was one of the best choices we made. The locks work perfectly, close almost effortlessly, and the entire process was done in an hour.
Thank you Perry and Will. I highly recommend their service to everyone.
"Thank you for the review! We really appreciate it."
