Andrew was recommended by some people in my town. I got quotes from him, plus a couple other people including the plumber I have used regularly for the install of a new water heater - both standards and tankless options. Andrew's price for the tankless install was the best and he seemed very familiar with them and knowledgeable on their installation, which was not the case with some other people I spoke with. The price was such that, after some state & federal rebates/credits, it made the tankless option reasonable attractive, which made me very happy.
Although it took a while to get a date set up (I guess it's a good sign he's so busy!), Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable about the process. He showed up on the days scheduled and completed the job as promised. He also showed me the controls and promised to come back to walk me through the periodic maintenance the first time I have to do it.
