+ -1 moreGeorge went to the roofing materials store and helped pick out the materials with me after he had measured the roof area. He made sure that all materials that were chosen were delivered on site and lifted to the roof. He used 3 laborers and a carpenter for each day needed. The work took 3 1/2 days to complete. The area was cleaned each day. There have been many downpours since and the roof and bricks are water tight.
Description of Work: Ordered a dump truck, Got the permits, Removed two layers of roof, Repaired damaged plywood, laid down ice shield, took care of carpenter ants in wood, removed and reinstalled all siding, put in two skylights and finished them inside as well as making sure that they had proper flashing around them, put down shingles, installed gutter guards, cleaned soffits and bricks, sealed porous bricks.
