At Rosemark Organic Cleaners we provides full service residential and commercial cleaning services in New Jersey and New York City area. We use top of the line equipment and "Green" eco-friendly cleaning products, which are least toxic and environmentally safe for our clients' convenience. As concerns for health become more prevalent and people become more aware of the harsh effects cleaning chemicals are having, we saw the need and opportunity for greener ways of cleaning. We use microfiber cloths, biodegradable and non-fuming cleaning products. We provide high quality, reliable, detailed and consistent services to commercial and residential buildings. Our cleaners are employees not contractors, have been rigorously trained and were background checked and drug tested. They have integrity, are trustworthy, ethical and are held accountable to the Rosemark policies and standards. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients' household or company and are conscious of their valuables. We provide our clients the opportunity to focus on their business and family, while we ensure their household or workplace is both clean and healthy. Our services have a personal touch and are customized to suit the different needs of our clients. In addition we perform extra services like running errands, cooking and laundry upon request. I had specifically expressed concerns with the floors and was dumbfounded when they used my Swiffer because they did not bring a mop or hardwood floor cleaner. The floors were streaky from using the Swiffer as a Swiffer is not designed for a "deep clean." Just this morning, when using my Dyson vacuum, I found the canister no longer opens properly, probably from the cleaners not knowing how to use it (they should have used their own vacuum cleaner and not touched mine).
I am also not happy with the price; their coupon for a "deep clean" states that the charges are for 3500 sq ft homes, so I am really not sure why my home, half the size, had to have an extra $50 charge.
While I had given some leeway to Rosemark Cleaners because of the kindness of Merilyn (she offered to come back with a mop, to which I declined), finding my Dyson a bit broken this morning really ticked me off to no end.
Angie's List fails again, unfortunately.
