I stopped into their store, where someone took my name and number. Didier called me back within the hour and we arranged a time for him to look at the job and give me an estimate. He showed up as agreed, looked at the job, then called me back within 5 minutes with a price. I approved and his men were there within 1/2 an hour. They replaced the glass and also helped me unstick a couple of old windows that weren't moving. They finished promptly and asked to borrow a broom to clean up with. If I could give them an A+ I would!
