THE BEST AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE EVER!!! HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME, REASONABLY PRICED AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. My 18-year old Friedrich A/C needed a knob and I'm in NYC. I found them on the Friedrich website for authorized repair. I spoke with Arturo who knew what I needed and was interested in helping me. He serviced my A/C, brought me a new knob (didn't charge me for that), and was priced fairly for the service call. It's a pleasure to put in a compliment for truly exceptional service. He made an appointment that was convenient, called me 15 minutes before and was on time and was knowledgeable, and fixed what was broken. He also was COVID safe. KEEP THE GOOD WORK ARTURO!

The worker who came by to look at it was completely incompetent, and difficult to understand. He demanded cash on the spot, and would not accept a credit card.
