He was willing to work with me on the price. He was very honest about what he could and could not do. He started the work right away and was very responsive. When I asked for a scope of the work he always responded to me right away.

Cracks and chipping of the new stucco started almost immediately. I had a 3 year guarantee. The owner keeps putting off my requests to repair the cracks. He does not return my phone calls. He had not honored the guarantee.
