This is a great company, and they were great in every aspect.

I called on a Saturday morning in the winter because the heat wasn't working. They were punctual and professional, and arrived before noon.
Had I shopped around, I could have gotten somebody to replace the thermostate for less than the $195 I paid, but it was worth the money for the same-morning service.
