I telephoned the guy, we scheduled an appointment. He came to my home and took my list of items to move. I explained to him that I would be moving by end of the month. He said he would call me back the next day with a quoted price. I never heard again from him. I called him two days later, he apologize for not getting back to me and said he would call me with the quote the next day.......its been two weeks.......Im still waiting......!!

One of the owners of the company, Joe, came to our place and did a walk-through to give us an accurate estimate. He spent over 30 minutes evaluating the place and asking questions so he knew exactly what was to be moved, what they needed to pack (glass tables, paintings, etc.) so there were no surprises. He emailed us a written quote within 24-hours of the walk-through. The day of the move, they arrived on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and were very professional throughout the entire moving process. When it came time to pay the bill, he didn't nickel and dime us for the supplies they used (packing paper and tape) that a lot of other companies do. We paid exactly the same number that he had originally given us. We would DEFINITELY use their services again!
