.I was looking to replace the siding on a three story apartment building in Hudson County, NJ. The existing siding was over 40 years old and needed to be replaced. I determined the product that I wanted to use and began the process of interviewing 5 siding contractors. Once the interviews were completed and all the contractors provided their bids I decided to give the project to Home Energy, Inc. The Reason I awarded the project to home Energy is as follows. The Owner Mr. Reyes was a pleasant man who possessed the knowledge and expertise that I felt would ensure that the installation was done correctly. I requested that specific language be placed in the contract and he was agreeable to my requirements. The job was started on schedule and was completed within the number of days allowed for the work to be done as described in the contract. His pricing was very competitive. Mr. Reyes stopped by the job every day to insure that the terms of the contract were being adhered to and that the siding was being installed correctly. Any concerns that I had during the course of the installation were addressed promptly. The only negative that I would note is that his workers were not the neatest crew I had ever hired. Overall if I need another siding job done in the future I would hire Mr. Reyes again.
