Very professional, honest, helpful.

Rudy was great...he didn't charge us for coming out twice, the first time to take a look and the second with contractors to do the work. We had failed inspection with the town and were concerned about passing...he was so confident in his advice that he suggested we pay him half of his fee upfront and the other half only AFTER we passed inspection. Throughout the work, he came several times to check on the workers, give advice and even drove to Home Depot himself to pick up some brackets that prevented them from making a soffit thus making the repair more asthetically pleasing. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Rudy is very careful about the details of a project to make sure that it is both structurally sound and meets code requirements. He is very pleasant to work with and always shows up promptly. My project became somewhat complicated during the construction and he went above board to make sure that the work was completed properly by the contractor.

Rudy understood the problem, analyzed the situation and came up with a reasonable solution without spend a ton of money. He was competent, friendly, and experienced. Especially as it related to an older home with some structural issues which have been corrected. I would recommend him without reservation.
