It took them a day and half to finish the work. The individuals who came were very fine workmen, were very knowledgeable and their work was great. They worked consistently, and were able to complete the work on time. I was happy with the price they quoted. The only problem that I have had with them is that about two months ago, I had asked them to come over and reinforce two railings, but they have not come yet. The initial experience with them was great, but their follow up has not been good.

Omar came promptly to give his estimate, which was somewhat lower than 2 others. It turned out I could not do the job right away, and he told me he would be available whenever I called him after my return from vacation. 3 months after the estimate, he did just that, and honored the previous estimate. Since I did not care for any of the sample designs he had, he told me he would install anything I could buy elsewhere. I found what I liked on the Internet, had it sent to Omar, and he painted the pieces and installed them promptly.

I called and reached a live person. Omar arranged to come to my house and gave me his cell number. He was able to perform the work the day after the visit for the estimate.

The guys did a great job. They came when they said they would and got the job done quickly. They even repaired the drop ladder without extra charge.
