A few hours after repairing the faucet, my husband noticed a leak under the sink. One of the supply lines was leaking, and it must have been leaking for the 2 hours since Shane had left, b/c the water had seeped down into the basement. :( Hubby turned off the water, called Shane, and he was back within the hour to see what was going on. Turns out that the supply line was attached incorrectly and it just chose that day (probably with the wiggling and jiggling of the faucet repair) to begin leaking. He fixed it, examined the other supply line (which was holding but would eventually need to be replaced as well), and only charged us for the part ($20). He charged us no labor, and he was there for a good 30 minutes (which is $60!).
This is Shane Foster at his best - he is thorough, clean, prompt, courteous and HE STANDS BY HIS WORK. We will use him again and again and again, hands down.
