They did a good job. I'm still waiting to see that the roof doesn't leak. They were accommodating. I though it was kind of expensive.

Workmen were efficient and polite. Good clean up around property after work completed. Mr. Stanley brought lower estimate than other companies. Final cost was a bit higher than the estimate due to repair of damage due to previous leakage, but was still lower than next highest estimate. Work was completed in timely fashion. Contractors who came to the property at a later date and had cause to inspect the roof and gutter system commented on the quality of the work performed. Problems: written estimate not provided, he likes to do things orally. Initially, no problem until it came to instillation of the gutter system. I was not informed this would be sub-contracted. I had requested having gutter guards installed. Just after the gutter installers had begun work, I learned this was not what was being placed. Conversation with Mr. Stanley revealed he had forgotten our conversation. We faced additional cost to have gutter guards installed at a later date.
