They advertised as $1499. However, when they came out, because my shower was a stand alone shower, they said that it was a little bigger than most showers and they charged me $1200 more. They added another $1200 to the shower, not just because of the size. They said the particular pattern that they did on the shower raised the price also. That was really disappointing, the fact that the price just jumped, almost doubled. They did a very good job. However, they didn't replace the rod for the shower curtain and I haven't been able to find one that really would fit. I was satisfied with the work. I thought it was just very overpriced. The two things that they said was the size of it. It's a little bigger but it wasn't double in  size. The other thing was the pattern that they did. They made diamond shaped tiles and they added a little border and they did the brick style at the bottom. I still thought that was just little too pricey. The workmanship was definitely professional. They started and they came everyday. They were on time. I didn't have any problems with that. They worked full day and they finished on the same schedule that they told me that they would finish on. So that wasn't a problem. I need to get my floor done. I could use them again but I don't think I can afford it.

It was not great. The grout was awful. It was sloppy. The pipes leaked and it was the first time I've had them back out. They had to come back out, recut my wall and redo the plumbing. There was a leak in the shower that they had to come back and calk. The grout cracked in the shower so they had to come back out and fix that. They were supposed to put the tiles in but they put the regular tile and ground off the corner. They were supposed to take out the original floor but they didn't. They tiled over the top of it. Overall, it was a sloppy job and I didn't pay sloppy for it.

Workers were polite and professional, they did very good work. Mark Draper expedited the work and was quality control. They moved the furniture carefully. We are very pleased with the job. We will use them again.

I used them about a year and a half ago. It was the worst tile job I've ever seen.  They didn't have all the pieces and neither were they the right color. I'm always going to be mad about that. I ended up spending $3000 for labor. I went online looking at review on them and it was a large company so I assumed  they were good. I should have known better. He left spaces in the tile which had to be cut out and redone. He spent the whole time talking on his phone talking about his personal issues. This was my first and last experience with them.

Sam and his team couldn't havebeen better. the job started on a monday and finished ahead of schedule. I was pleased with the final product and would recommend them to anyone.
