"Hi, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our company. Your input, and the feedback from all of our clients is vitally important to us and we always want client expectations to be met. First, my most sincerest apologies for giving the impression that I was shouting at you. That was not my intention at all. I always want all of our clients to know how important they are to us, and that we care about their needs greatly. I do have a loud voice and I will make a point to be more aware of that because this is not the experience we hope anyone to have. In regards to appointment scheduling and cancellation fees we do our very best to accommodate special circumstances when we can, and still maintain our commitments to our employees regarding promised hours and last minute cancellations, etc. For this reason we have a cancellation policy that's explained to each client verbally and in our service agreement that we must have 72 hour notice for cancellations, because of course we have held staff time in reservation, and turned away other business in doing so. That being said, it sounds like there was a lot of misunderstanding, and we would like you to be happy, so please contact us offline and I will work with you to find a solution that you are happy with."
