The transaction had a lot of complications that were no fault of anyone, but Paul was able to handle these and make our transition as comfortable as it could be. (I wish I had hired a mover as he suggested!)

We needed to sell our home as quickly as possible because we had a baby and our place was no longer big enough.  We could not purchase another home until we sold our property.  We were worried it would take a long time.  We chose Paul because he seemed to understand the market and detailed a plan to help us sell quickly!  We never thought it would go as fast as it did.....! Paul was available to me and my husband almost every time we needed him, and if he did not answer his phone, he got back to us very quickly.

We really liked how calm he was throughout the process, even when I was 'very indecisive' when it came to looking at all of the new properties...He helped me very much.  Ultimately, he found our home, and it could not have been at a better time....We are expecting another child! 

We would highly suggest using Paul Franke from Century 21 Hearst.  He was honest and dependable.  We truly were happy with our choice as a Realtor.
