Al DiEva Fine Furniture & Interiors

When we purchased it, we applied for credit card from GE capital. They charged half the sectional onto the card. It was my understanding that the credit card doesn't get charged until you receive the furniture. When we purchased it, he said it would take 90 days for delivery. We waited until February & called the store & he said it hasn't come in yet. I had no reason to not believe him. He said it'll probably come in around May 18th & it would take about a week thereafter to get to us. I called him on May 23rd & he gave me a bunch of excuses. He finally said he can guarantee it will probably come by June 18th & he even had the paperwork. He said we would get it by June 23rd at the latest, or he would give me a refund. I have heard nothing from him. I've tried to visit the store 3 times & call numerous times. The doors were locked, even though I visited well within regular business hours. I called the sales associate that I worked with in the store & she told she is no longer with the company. We paid off the credit card as it was continually coming in each month. We did report it to the credit card company & they are investigated.
