John called me the next morning and offered to come to my location THAT day. This was not good for me so he scheduled a time the following day. He arrived ON TIME. He diagnosed the problem but needed to leave to find the part required. He updated me that he was successful in finding the part, returned, and completed the repair the same day. Good communication. Professional customer service. Rates charged seemed reasonable. Gave a One Year Warranty on Parts and Labor.
