Landscaping
All went well till the finishing details. Personnel in store were always polite & responded positively to our requests: "Yes we will see that Joe calls you back", "Yes we will see that it is taken care of". Actual getting the items done became worse & worse service. Things that they said would be done were not done. Now we have been trying to get them to install the final part for about seven months which should/could have been done at the start. Finally we arranged for someone else to do it and it got done in less than 24 hours.
