Dr. Batts did what had to be done and informed me of things to be aware of with one cat who was overweight. He recommended a food that may be better for the cat. It was not a food that he sold. So, I felt comfortable that it was not a recommendation because he would make money off of the sale.

I left a message at 8:30 a.m. for a prescription refill as my dog re-started scratching his face. No response by 7 p.m., so I called them. I was told that the vet who saw my dog had approved the refill, but now a vet on duty had to ok it, then a tech had to fill it, and they were "busy seeing patients." I explained that my dog had been scratching himself all day, so I needed it that night. I recalled them at 8:50, asking again about the script, only to be told they were closing in 10 minutes and it hadn't been filled. I told them to keep it, as I was finding another vet. There is zero excuse for allowing a dog to suffer.

I love the vet, West Trenton Animal Hospital.  I haven't been there for about two years because I had a cat and a dog that died two summers ago about a month a part, they were old, very old.  So it's been awhile but I have, actually I have a new cat that I'm taking her next week so, but I used them for 20 years or more, well my cat was 19 when he died.  The cost I think was around $90 for each of them.  I don't know if you wanted the cost for euthanasia.  The dog got cancer and the cat was 19 and blind and deaf and was just his time.  The cat died around the third of June and the dog around the 5th of July, it was right after the 4th.  I think with the euthanasia and cremation it was around a hundred dollars.  I had the cat there several times because that he was 19, I take them for an annual visit which runs around a hundred dollars and so sometime that year.  They've been my vet for a long time.

They are good and they are very thorough, but the price is very high. They don't give any discount to seniors. The office environment is excellent and the staff is good, efficient, and friendly. I like the thoroughness of the veterinarians. They seem to know their specialty. They gave her just what she needed to get rid of the problem.

This is a wonderful practice.. all the doctors and assistants are just wonderful. They take a special interest in our dogs and have always done check up calls if we have had any issues (eating socks!) They stay in touch daily with the veterinary hospital and always try to relieve our anxiety when our dogs are ill

Dr. Kazmierczak is the veterinarian there. I have only been to see him once. I have had dogs for 30 years. I just switched from another vet whom I refused bad enough because he is so sweet. Dr. K is amazing with animals. Actually, it's a moving experience to take my animal to Dr. K. It is the best part of my day that I went to the vet. He is so involved in animal care and animal health. It was really an enhancing experience for my animals to go to the vet. It's extraordinary. Dr. K did some kind of an investigation into her ear canal. It did not hurt her and it was painless for her. It showed him exactly where the infection was. I could see it on the screen as well. Then he gave us medication that worked. He is amazing. I think the price was probably competitive. My only experience there was with Dr. K. There are other vets there and they may be as wonderful as Dr. K. It's just another experience.

They are very professional staff. The clinic was very clean. The doctors were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. Their hours were great. It seems that they have passion on what they are doing. For punctuality, sometimes they just can't stand schedule but it was tough sometimes to wait. My impression was there were more dogs being treated there so it's very inconvenient for my cat to be there so I had nothing to do with the doctors or the office or anything why we didn't continue going there.

I like the atmosphere there and have had good experiences with my dog. The were very accomodating and allowed us to come in on a Saturday on short notice. We updated the dog's vaccines and shots and performed a physical to ensure her health. Everything they did was very thorough and after we were done we were confident that the dog was in very good shape. We liked the way they treated us in the office and will continue to use their services.

We've been going to West Trenton Animal Hospital for a year and a half for our two cats. One has an immune system of steel, but the other one tends to get sick often (eye infections, wheezing). They've always been good about scheduling appointments quickly when needed, and, best of all, can accommodate our schedules. Both my husband and I work an hour away from home, so the ability to take our cat to the vet without needing to get out of work early means a great deal. They're only open until 7pm I believe, but they have no problem giving us appts for 6pm, 6:30pm, etc. The vets themselves are very helpful, and the staff is friendly. Very happy with them.

It went very well as they saw him right away but they did charge an extra $75 Emergency Visit fee even though the vet that saw him had no patients. After examining his ear, they advised us that they would clean and stitch his ear under normal surgery anesthesia. We agreed and they advised that we file a complaint with the Ewing Police Dept. against the dog that attacked him. Their procedures took approximately 30 minutes and they did a fine job, putting 6 stitches in our dog's ear, but the total cost was $540 which included antibiotics. This seems extremely high. Another visit not long after was when our puppy ate a tube of artist's oil paint. They cleaned him up, we called Poison Control and found out that he would be OK but we just needed to make sure he passed the paint contents. I was given instructions for what to feed him and the bill came to $218. Again, great service but their fees are way too high.

Dr. Kohler is an excellent and caring veterinarian. She always takes great care of my cats, and she accurately diagnosed my Mimosa's allergy. All better!
