Only problem was that the faucet I purchased was missing a piece [in a sealed package], but the provider will return to handle that [and other jobs] after I receive the missing piece.

It is impossible for me to calculate approximate cost of all the things that Fran had done in my home. I do know that his charges are reasonable and fair. I no longer get estimates from other service providers as I trust him implicitly. I did at first, but found him to be the least expensive. No matter how large or small the job is, he is available to help me
He has always responded to every possible need that I have had promptly and most efficiently. He comes immediately when there is an emergency: water heater and generator. I feel most secure knowing Warm-n-Cozy Cold-n-Comfy will solve all the problems in my home.

1. Arrived as scheduled
2. Gave me the best price out of three estimates
3. Completed the job as projected
4. The owner and his workers were knowledgeable and very courteous
5. This company made itself available to me at any time. Call back was prompt
5. I was really happy with reasonable prices charge for heating units and water heaters
6. Because this company worked hard and diligently; I have tenants moving in this week
7. Lastly, prior to this company getting started I was put at ease by the owner who assured
me that he"stands by his work". Plumbing pasted inspection
