"The customer contacted our company on 11/12/14 and I personally contacted her back on the same day by email. She purchased a 39.00 service call that covers a free in home estimate with the fee going towards the actual call to show up, that is clearly stated in "THE FINE PRINT" of the coupon. Our office initially contacted her by phone and it took her several days to call back. While on that phone call it was recommended that she purchase a better deal suited for her needs, she needed her faucet installed and 39.00 would not cover it, however we would still honor the purchase and adjust the price. Seemingly the customer could not afford the service she requested and decided to refund the coupon.The customer seemed fine with that recommendation to save her some money and then decided to leave this review without any services actually being rendered. He has always responded to every possible need that I have had promptly and most efficiently. He comes immediately when there is an emergency: water heater and generator. I feel most secure knowing Warm-n-Cozy Cold-n-Comfy will solve all the problems in my home.
