Vitale Inspection has great team going for them. They are using technology to make this process smooth and easy to use. Anthony helped me setup appointment. He was extremely professional and helpful. On day of inspection Dave was before time. He checked everything thoroughly. Encouraged me to ask questions. Gave me lot of pointers in person and mentioned them on the report for reference. Will definitely use them again for any closing in future.

The housing Inspector, Dave Keintz was very thorough.He inspected every inch of my house,inside and out.The price was reasonable and from the excellent customer service from the office manager, Mr. Anthony Dilks, and the housing inspection within itself from Inspector, Mr. Dave Keintz ,I would without a doubt give them an A+ and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Dave from Vitale Inspections was at the house prior to the appointment time and had already done a preliminary inspection of the outside. As he did his very thorough inspection, he alerted me to potential issues that needed to be fixed and was always cognizant of the fact that because the house had an HOA, some of the exterior repairs were the HOA's responsibility. He also informed me about "mystery wall switches" which didn't belong to anything in the room they were in - he figured out what they belonged to. It was a very easy and informative 1.5 hour session.

This is the second time Chris Cook inspected a house that I was interested in buying through Vitale Inspection Services for me. He is always early, extremely thorough in his inspection, and explains everything he has done to survey the house. His professionalism and honesty make him a very trustworthy inspector who I would highly recommend to anybody. The company also does a very good job of getting inspection results back to you in a timely fashion and they even send you a thank you card for using their service -- very friendly company to use.

Jarred was super thorough and took his time to explain everything as we went along. He was even early for the appointment! He was also very quick to return the report...we finished the inspection around 6:30pm and I had the report in hand by 8:45am the next day. The owner even came out as well to complete the oil tank sweep so we could have all services performed in one appointment. Awesome company and soo easy to work with! Would definitely use again.

Wow!! Completely exceeded our expectations!! Carlo Vitale was referred to us through a friend; he inspected their home and was highly recommended. Turns out Carlo had inspected several of my colleagues homes at some point. It's no wonder why anyone would use someone else. The most thorough inspection anyone could ask for. Not one area of the house was left uncovered. When I arrived Carlo was already walking the perimeter of the house and taking notes. His knowledge is very expansive and he provided great detailed pictures with the report. The detailed report was available the next morning!! It was accompanied with recommendations for several areas of the house which he believed needed specific contractors for their expert opinions. Don't know any contractors?? That's ok!! He provides you with a list of reputable contractors you can call on immediately. Hiring Vitale Inspection Services is a no brainer decision. You will be SO glad you did!!

It went great. Dave was our inspector, and was qualified to do all 3 tests. He was there 5 minutes early and started doing the exterior inspection. He walked up to my husband and I and introduced himself. He explained what he was going to do, how things typically go, and to please not hesitate to ask any questions. I asked him if he minded that I follow him around, and he said please do, and ask as many questions as I want. Throughout the inspections (9am-11:30am), he was giving us tips and watch-outs as a new home-owner -- which we really appreciated. He had excellent social skills -- he handled a lot of questions and distractions from the homeowners who were there, my husband and I, and the realtor. We were extremely happy with him, his work, and his general friendly and approachable demeanor. His company offers other services as well -- we will absolutely call Dave again if we ever need anything like this again.

We felt very comfortable buying our home after Carlo’s thorough inspection and report. Carlo encouraged us to follow him through out the inspection so we could better understand the findings. He also took time after the inspection to explain in detail what he found. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also had a list of referrals on hand which was very helpful to us. Carlo Vitale and his team are top notch! From making the appointment to the post-inspection follow up, everyone was responsive, professional, and friendly. Carlo inspected a 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home very thoroughly and expeditiously, communicating his process to us the entire time. We received the report first thing the very next morning and got a follow-up call by day's end asking if we had any questions. It was an added bonus that this company does radon and termite inspection as well, saving us time and money. Additionally, Carlo's office recommended a pool inspector who was awesome as well! We highly recommend Vitale Home Inspection services!

We had a home inspection with Dave Keintz as the inspector. He was early for our appointment. He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he physically inspect the house from boots on attic to all fours in the crawl space! He explained everything to me worth knowing in a way I understood. he also gave great advice for future maintenance on the house. as well as referred me to check the county and state laws to better understand whats expected. Mr. Keintz's knowledge, motivation, and diligence separate the company from others. thank you.

Vitale home inspection was amazing to work with. Jarred was my inspector, and being a first time homebuyer, I did not really know what to ask or what to look for. He walked me through the process, explained things in a way that made sense, and made sure I really understood what was going on. The company even sent me a handwritten thank you note for using their service, and they donate part of their proceeds to a charity every month - how awesome! During a time where things can get very confusing in the home-buying process, it was refreshing to work with people who valued customer service, and who valued doing a good job. I would highly recommend Vitale Inspection to anyone looking for a home inspection!

Chris was an excellent inspector. Puntual, well organized and professional. The inspection report was completed quickly and the web based report is easy to use and is set up to go to the attorney, realtor and I imagine anyone else that needs to see it. The price for the inspection was fair. I would use them again without thinking twice.

Dave from Vitale Inspections came out and could not have been more professional. He showed up early and proceed to begin right away. When I showed up on time, but after Dave, he stopped what he was doing introduced himself and gave me a complete rundown of what he had done so far. He asked if my wife and I were first time home buyers and then explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for and even tips for maintaining our new home. He was very thorough and could not have been more personable. The report was very detailed with clear pictures of everything mentioned in the report I would without question use Vitale Inspections and recommend them to everyone I can.
