Excellent inspector (Jarred) performed top to bottom inspection. Was very knowledgeable about the home and what to look out for in a 20 year old property inside and outside. Was on time and spent as much time with me as I wanted. Received the home inspection report within a few hours after he left the property. Highly recommend Jarred.

It went great. Our inspector arrived early and was already inspecting the exterior of the property when we arrived. Once we were on site he took the time to review the work he was already doing. Once we got going he took his time explaining what he was looking for and if any issues were of note. He also provided suggestions for areas where we would need to provide maintenance going forward such as caulking around windows or watching for areas where typical cracks may form if improperly maintained. At the end of everything the report was the best part. For many companies it takes a day or 2 to receive your report. With Vitale, the report was in my inbox within a few hours after the inspection. This was a huge plus when trying to have a little more time thinking about what to request of the sellers. Overall A+ service and value.

Chris was very thorough and took the time to talk to us about each individual issue. He also let us know things to look for and answered all of our questions.

They did a great job. They were nice, helpful, prompt and efficient. Would definitely use again and recommend. They did the inspection, termite and oil tank sweep for a very reasonable price. Other companies were telling me I would have to get a separate inspector for the termite and oil tank sweep which obviously would cost me more. Here it was a one stop shop...very easy!! Had a question after we received the report and they picked up on their cell and answered my question. Great customer service.

The inspection went well. David with Vitale Inspection Services showed up promptly at the scheduled time and went above and beyond what I thought the service would bring. Everything in the home was inspected thoroughly including the attic, crawl space, living quarters, roof, foundation, windows, doors, outlets, switches, appliances and more. The final report was received within 24 hrs and was instrumental in helping us decide on the purchase of the home.

Great- Vitale Inspections Services were quick in responding to our request for inspection. They got back to us in less than a day. They were prompt in return any emails. They were flexible adjusting date of inspection when a work issue arose. Inspection team arrived on time. The were professional and polite. They went over the entire property. Jared took the time to answer all our questions. He even highlighted areas that we should keep an eye on for 5-10 years down the line but were yet sufficient to be included in the report.

Chris was my inspector and he did a great job. Everything he explained I understood. He got to parts of the house the buyers inspector missed and was the appropriate amount of thorough. Only thing that didn’t work out was the sewer camera couldn’t make the turn in the pipe. I was refunded for that portion and the staff was really easy to deal with. Paying is very easy and every step was scheduled/as explained.

These guys were great!! Not more any more expensive than other companies we’ve called, only these guys came out quickly and got us the report in less than 24 hours! They responded to any and all questions we had and were incredibly helpful, courteous and polite! They were extremely thorough and kept us up to date at all times.

Chris was at the sight way before everyone. He went through the entire house with his ladder and flashlight. Taking pictures, creating an A+ report and fine tune explaining what he did and what we should be concerned about.

The inspection went extremely well. inspectors arrived early, were courteous, performed a thorough inspection, gave me (the customer) good explanations about the home condition, and were very knowledgeable. The home office was very responsive via phone and email. The inspectors produced and electronically delivered the report of their findings to me - which included detailed comments, pictures and highlights - all in the same day as the inspection. Very professional!

great. Jarred was amazing, and did everything that was expected of him and even what wasn’t. There was a small crawl space under our house and he made his was under there even though it was extremely tight and could possibly be unsafe. He was extremely thorough and it was definitely worth the price. Also just a friendly person in general. I would definitely hire them again.

Carlo Vitale arrived on time, was professional, courteous and very friendly. He performed a thorough inspection of the property we wanted to purchase. He pointed out areas of concern along the way, photographed and documented all aspects of the house. He took the extra time and answered all of my questions. His great service was followed up with a very detailed report including pictures of the areas of concern. His service also includes how to use his documents to generate reports to take back to the seller to negotiate repairs that need to be performed. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Dave was excellent! He arrived early to inspect the outside of our future home and was very thorough keeping us informed of major and minor issues to be aware of throughout the inspection. He was able to refer us to other providers to help us with issues of concern (i.e. electrical and chimney related). Dave also did the home inspection for our property for our buyers and found some issues we didn't knew existed. Very thorough and professional. I would use this company again.
