Bought a house, needed someone to do the yard prep work: cutting branches, trimming back hedges, mulching, removing a dead shrub, that sorta thing. They did all of that just fine. They even found a stand of poison ivy that nobody knew was there, and removed it. I wish they'd done the mowing and mulched in the back yard, but since those things weren't specified in the contract, that didn't happen.

"We are sorry that the member was unhappy with our billing procedures. We did the job when we said we would and for the price agreed upon. At that time she was pleased with the job. We bill monthly and she was upset that she didn't receive a bill right away (We wish more customers were like that!) We sent her a bill when requested and unfortunatley the monthly bill arrived at the same time confusing the issue. We called her and apologized for the confusion."

They were very professional with their estimate. They had a measuring wheel to accurately determine the are to be worked on.
They showed up at 8am finished the job in 1 1/2 days. Clean up was perfect.
The job was completed to exact specifications and was better than expected. True professionals. They also have extensive knowledge of the plants that were existing. Their recommendations were heeded based on there knowledge of the soil and light in the area.

He is fantastic. I use him regularly. He is wonderful. There was a storm which knocked down the power and it was Memorial Day, a holiday and my son called him as I was away. He came and took care of it immediately. It was a tree that knocked my power down and also my phone connection. He does everything with regards to the yard for me, all the mulching of the beds, mowing, weeding, and taking care of the trees and everything. He is great. He is professional. I don’t have to worry about the yard. I would continue to use him in the future.

They did an AMAZING job. Russ is a great guy and very responsive. They even corrected a terrible amature job that another "professional" had botched and in the end the money I wasted on the first guy plus the cost to redo his work correctly all was done for under-budget. They're really a great company.
