Window Service, Door Service
Everything went great. The price was good. The quality of the work and the products installed was great and the installers were fantastic.

Window Service
The first scheduled installation date fell through. When they arrived it turned out the windows did not fit by an inch (!) This is strange, considering that a separate visit was scheduled to do a final and presumably most accurate measurement. Fortunately the lead installer had the sense to make a measurement verification before the old windows were removed, and found the measurement deficiency. This was just prior to the Sandy hurricane. I took a day off from work for nothing. Very upsetting, but they manufactured a new set, which were expertly installed a few weeks later. A very thorough cleanup, interior and outside on the pavement.
