Salesman Ron was very knowledgeable, with a strange no-pressure sales tactic that was refreshing. I called him back three weeks after his estimate, and the job was done (despite estimates of 6-8 weeks!) in three weeks. The windows are the entry-level offering from Okna Windows, located in Bristol, PA, just over the bridge from me. The units seem very well constructed, and the installation was as close as possible to flawless. Lukasz called when windows were ready on a Wednesday, and schedule install for the following Saturday. The three man crew was there at 8:30 am, as scheduled, and clean-up and payment was taken care of by 11:30.
I have recommended Superior to several people already!
The year before we had Superior replace the entire front of our townhouse with new cedar planks as per association rules. He also built new shutters to match the rest of the community. Our unit looks better than most and he properly stained the pieces where some units had incorrectly used a paint.
Would definitely use them again.
