Peter is a fantastic, responsive, professional contractor, simply excellent. He and his crew showed up on time, got the job done as needed and cleaned up. We needed to fix areas of our stucco prior to selling the house. As expected the inspector had outlined the differences between the stucco of our 30 year old house and the new codes of new homes. So we, with the help of Peter, needed to respond to each and every point made by the buyers' inspector. In response to the buyers' request to make all the updates, Peter patiently explained both in his report ,and later in person in discussion with the buyers' inspector, the potential damage that could result from rehashing the stucco to meet the codes of a house built today.
