He forgot to do something but came out the next morning and fixed it. He was in a hurry, and then they came back out and fixed it again. They left something open. They do not return phone calls quickly, that is my biggest concern. They give us a good unit with a good price. Their follow up on service needs some improvement. It was a carrier unit and the carrier is good. They guarantee it but you have to get the maintenance done but they don't come out, its like a whole dance.
