+ -1 moreHe came and gave an estimate right away and gave us a good price about 2 weeks ago. We let him know that we were going on vacation and scheduled service for today. After my wife called him to remind him he stated he would be coming today but never showed up. He never called back either and we missed work because of this. Even though his price quote is good don't bother with this company.
Description of Work: He only came and gave a quote and scheduled an appointment for today.

+ 0 moreHe's very busy, I can't really get a hold of him so I can't use him anymore. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided. The price is reasonable and he's very courteous to the tenant. He also came to my house to do some repair work and he was good.
Description of Work: I used RHI to do some indoor repair. He repaired the shelf, cabinet, a light fixture.

Description of Work: I called & made an appointment. On day of appointment he left a msg. said the ceiling in his bathroom fell and couldn't make it. Rescheduled, he never showed or called.

+ 0 moreOverall I am please with RHI's professionalism and quality of work. I gave them 4 * on pricing though because at first they quoted $70 for an item and then when done they acactually charge us $100 instead. Not outrageous by any mean but a bit annoying. Other than that it is a really pleasure to work with them. We are planning to call them again next time we need handymen service.
Description of Work: We first called RHI to give us a quote to fix a leak in a kitchen sink and to patch a hole in the basement wall. They responded promptly and professionally. Later we hired them to do the job which was done to our satisfaction. On site we also wanted them to fix a front door, but there were out of time and promised to come back later to fix it. They did come back and fix it later. The work were done in a rental house in Hamilton township.

+ -1 moreHe is very good. He is reliable, reasonable, when he says he will be there he does show up, friendly, and very honest. He is very responsible and clean.
Description of Work: He has done plumbing, put in a new stove, vents, and a new sink. He has also fixed my garage door. He changed all the hardware for my windows. He patched the ceilings for me too.
