He's very busy, I can't really get a hold of him so I can't use him anymore. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided. The price is reasonable and he's very courteous to the tenant. He also came to my house to do some repair work and he was good.

Overall I am please with RHI's professionalism and quality of work. I gave them 4 * on pricing though because at first they quoted $70 for an item and then when done they acactually charge us $100 instead. Not outrageous by any mean but a bit annoying. Other than that it is a really pleasure to work with them. We are planning to call them again next time we need handymen service.

He is very good. He is reliable, reasonable, when he says he will be there he does show up, friendly, and very honest. He is very responsible and clean.
