RAPID RESPONSE COMPUTER SVC

Description of Work: BEWARE: OTHERWISE KNOWN AS CEREBERUS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LOCATED IN TRENTON, NEW JERSEY. We purchased Rapid E Manage from Rapid Response Computer Co in January 2012. This program was designed for construction/roofing companies to use as a database, a marketing tool, a means to print invoices and contracts and maintain customer information. Each and every component within this program has had error signals, at different times for the last 13 months. It will shut us out for absolutely no reason. When we call the customer service hotline, we get a person who asks to call us back. We have called and this is embarrassing to admit but over 100 times in the last year. We have not received a call back. The errors in programing would not be a problem if they were willing to fix it in a timely fashion but 12 months later is not timely nor professional. The employees and owner do not return emails or calls. They blame outside subcontractors for their failed product but refuse to offer any sort of refund. Terry Ikey, the owner had a program designed and put it on the market without testing every aspect of it. It would lock you out for not using a capital letter in an arbitrary location. Even where capital letters are not necessary. This would not be a problem if they were willing to fix the problems. For the first 6 months, I remained calm and believed there were having office transitions and that they were well meaning. By September I realized I needed to fight for this to work because they had no intention on solving the 30 plus programming issues that were prevalent in this program. If they were professionals, they would offer me a full credit and chalked it up to us being a pilot program as we were but it was never admitted. This company has outdone themselves unprofessionally. I feel uncomfortable writing reviews like this but I feel in some way it s protecting future consumers from being shammed by this company. Still February 2013, I call them and call them back again because there are error signals. When I finally reach a human on the phone, their explanation for not returning my phone calls is that they were moving their office. I have moved locations in companies before and quite honestly our customers never knew because we did not make excuse for our lack of follow thru on extraneous information. They initially advised me they were moving their offices around Thanksgiving last year. So it takes 3 months to move a small computer repair, service and software company? A company like this can only stay in business by shamming people. Nothing makes sense with this company, if we did not lump all of our customer information into it, I would have tossed it but now we invested the time and money to understand it, and we have it. Please protect yourself, do not go to Rapid Response Computer Service Company in New Jersey.
