 + -1 moreOverall, it went poorly. Dr. Cruz's attitude towards me was clear. It felt like she had no interest in seeing me as a patient.
Description of Work: I saw Dr. Cruz for bronchitis. She prescribed an oral steroid. She became agitated and rude to me when she saw that I had a pre-existing condition (unrelated to my current problem) and was not being seen by a specialist. She told me with what felt like emotional judgement that she would not see me unless I made an appointment with a specialist.

 + 1 moreThis is a very special practice! Husband and wife team can cover any ailment for the entire family. They are like old fashioned in the sense of attentive and listening, but have the necessary technology and cutting edge know-how!!! Awesome! Can't say enough about their helpful staff either!
Description of Work: Shoulder pain brought me to Dr. Mullane. He uses different treatment methods incl. chiropractic, massage, and medication, etc. And his wife, Dr. Cruz, treated me for more intimate problems.
