Window Service, General Remodeling
It started well and they promise to come back to finish the work and make fixes (leaking window, ripped screen at installation, window locks that don't lock, etc.). After months of communication (many unanswered phones), they sent one subcontractor to take a look, and took the ripped window screen, and afterwards over the phone, the owner promised to fix all the issues. Then they never answered the phone and never came back. This is so frustrating for us and we are going to file complaints and take the owner to small claim court.
