+ -1 morePete showed up as scheduled, reviewed our wish list. He made some recommendations for our basement flooding issue. He provided the quote in a timely manner. He made it known up front that he was booked three weeks out. We scheduled the work. His team showed as scheduled. The project took a week to complete. They cleaned everything up daily as much a practical before they went home. They came promptly each morning. His team were professional and courteous. They worked very hard. Both the front and back look wonderful. And we completely resolved the water problem in our basement. Not only have we NOT had any more water coming into our basement, but our sump pump hasn't come on since the work was completed. It used to come on practically every time it rained. They really did a good job. I have reommended them to others and would happily have them back again.
Description of Work: They removed several raised flower beds, shrubs and a vegetable garden. Regraded the backyard to alleviate basement flooding issues. Seeded the entire area. They cut away an extensive amount of bamboo, overgrowth and removed several dead trees along the rear of the property. They installed two pop up drains. Removed some very large overgrown evergreens fromt he front flower bed. Replanted new shrubs. Cleaned up all of the front flower bed, trimmed the shrubs and mulched the entire front. They cleared away old debris and leveled a section on rear section of the property.
