+ -1 morewell right now im waiting to see if mr slachta is going to replace the tub and replace all damage walls and tile and floor tile
Description of Work: paul d slachta was hired to install a new kohler cast iron bath tub in my new bathroom i was not at home the day it was installed the tile contracter was at my home after the tub was installed it was covered with cardboard so not to damage it bath walls and tile were to be completeted this was finished on last day which took a little more than two weeks to complete the faucet was installed and the tub was caulked so I could not clean the tub till all was dry the next day I cleaned the tub and noticed it has a dark ring around it i called the the contracter and also called kohler a company rep came to my home to inspect it I was informed the tub is defective and needs to be replaced kohler will supply the new tub but mr slachta does not want to own up to replacing it because most of the walls will have to be removed and the tile man wants no part in pacthing it up this bathroom remodell cost about 12000.00 dollars
