He does a weekly service. I pay weekly for mowing and trimming. He does amazing work, absolutely every week. He is there when he says he is going to be there. He does the work quick. It looks great. He even looks for other ways to help my yard. He will suggest other things that he can do. Some times I take him up on it, and sometimes I don't, because that is an extra fee, but he really cares about your yard.

Joe has been my landscaper for three years now. Weekly he mows, blows and edges my front and back yard. I've even given him other gardening / landscaping projects this year. He is very responsive to my crazy requests and lets me know when he'll be able to do it. I understand how busy he is as well, I take this horrific heat into mind. No matter what I want done - the health and welfare of the person doing it is most important. I would certainly recommend Joe to anyone needing personal service.

"I apologize for not returning this customers call. She might have called once and I didn't get back to her. This particular time of year is really busy. I just wish a follow up call might have been made before I received an "F" rating for responsiveness. My other reviews show no indication of my lack of communication & professionalism."

Joe provided great service. He was friendly and responsive, always returning calls and messages very quickly. He came out on short notice and cleared all of our leaves for a fair price. He was very professional throughout. I would definitely recommend him.

This was our first year having Joe tend to our yard care needs. Although we had a set schedule construction on our street disrupted that. Joe was very flexible and ended up coming on a weekend to cut the grass. Good English speaking workers are hard to find these days. Now I'm trying to convince him to be Snow Joe as well. No doubt he'd do great snow removal!
