LOWE'S

I bought a dishwasher from another company and had a lot of problems. I have not had one problem with this dishwasher. This dishwasher is quiet and sturdy. I can not tell if it is on.

Rudy in kitchen and bath at Lowes was patient and helpful throughout the 2 hour process of ordering everything.  He was knowledgeable and attentive.  If you are doing any bathroom remodeling, ask for Rudy.  It will make your shopping experience worthwhile and enjoyable.

We purchased an extended warranty on a washer purchased in 2010.  When the machine stopped working we called Lowes and they made appt  for repair person to come out on Monday 2/4/13.  Then next day, Friday 2/1/13, the subcontracted repair shop called and told us they couldn't come on Monday and Lowe's shouldn't have made the appt.  We were told they would be out Tues by 5PM.  When the repairman didn't show up a half hour after promised time, my husband called :Lowes, the company we purchased the warranty from, and were told, in essence, they weren't responsible for the repair of the machine or the conduct of the subcontractor... call them.
I don't know but if I purchase something from someplace I want to be able to talk to THAT merchant regarding my purchase.
The attitude of Lowe's and their customer service department  is HORRIBLE.  BTW, my machine still isn't fixed.  I have to wait to have the part installed until Thurs 2/14/13 because the subcontractor is too busy to here any sooner even though I' ve been waiting for a week .  I will be putting a review up for them also.

The warranty on the washing machine just expired in July and it broke down a month later. They will not extend their warranty at all. I am about to just throw it out. I am really not happy with Lowe's.  They referred me to Whirlpool. They should back up the products they sell and they haven't done anything with it. They just gave me the number for whirlpool, when I called whirlpool they didn't want to hear anything about it. They just sent me paper work to renew an extended warranty and pay more money.

Do not use their installation services. We purchased a faucet and used their installers to install the faucet. That night it leaked, our laminate floors were ruined. The came out and fixed the faucet (two times) finally got it repaired but It took 6 months for them to fix flooring in our kitchen (only after we threatened legal action). They still have not fixed our cabinet under the sink that was warped and ruined due to the leaking faucet and poor installation practices.
