I shopped around and they gave me the best quote with a great warranty. Steve Larkin, the owner, dealt directly with me. He was very professional and responsive to my questions. It's about five months since the transmission has been replaced and things are running great.

It went well. They are pretty honest and work quickly

They were very good workers. They knew what they were doing and they were very honest. I do not have any problems taking the car to them. Their pricing is in line with the others.

Before replacing the timing belt, they showed me in the manuel that this was an "interference engine". They warned me because of that - there might be damage to the valves when the timing belt went, but they were very optimistic that I MIGHT NOT have damage due to the low rate of speed I was going at the time. (I trust them, because many times I've been to them thinking I had a big problem. They were experienced enough to know it was a minor adjustment that they would do for free and send me on my way) Unfortunately I did major damage, however, after they took the head off and sent it out, they were very happy to inform me I have a high performance Mitsubishi head that they and their friend uses to race cars. They had all the parts they needed in stock and I was back on the road in just 3 days. They found some other little problems in their adventures and again fixed them at no extra charge. (broken heat shield that was rattling and anti-freeze hoses that were leaking) These guys made me feel like family and I recommend them to anyone. (They only reason I gave a "B" for professionalism is because they are not a big fancy shop that will charge extra for the "feeling of professionalism")
