Outstanding response! My gutters had not been cleaned for a couple of years and were totally clogged. Water was pooling in my basement crawl-space as a result of heavy spring rains, and overflowing gutters. I called Wayne who was sympathetic, but said high seasonal demand meant he couldn't be out in less than two weeks. I got a similar but less personable response from other companies, so decided to go with Wayne. The next day he called, said a hole opened in his schedule, and he could do the job in a couple of hours, if that worked for me. Of course it worked for me! I couldn't believe the timing, because another big storm was forecast for the next day. He and one worker showed up after a second courtesy call letting me know they were a few minutes away. About an hour later, the job was done. We had another all-night rain last night --puddles in my yard, but the basement and crawl space are DRY. Thank you, Gutter Service of New Jersey!

I have used many gutter cleaning services over the years but have never come across a gutter cleaning service which is shoddy and unprofessional with its cleaning service and sends a bill where flushing the down sprouts is an extra charge ($215.00) over the initial gutter cleaning estimate ($430.00). The gutter cleaning service did not flush the gutter drain sprouts as mentioned during the estimate. The main purpose of using the gutter service company was due to clogged gutter drain sprouts. They just used a low power blower to quickly blow away the large debris but a lot of the powdered debris was remaining in the gutters and they did not flush the drains. At the time of the estimate, Wayne had mentioned that they will flush the gutters with water and their extremely high price is because they do an excellent job of cleaning all gutters and down sprouts and everything will be cleaned very well (their cleaning price quoted was $430 vs the standard price all companies charge of $250). On the day of the service, when I requested the crew to flush the down sprouts, they mentioned that they did not have the water hose in the truck. I called Wayne and he mentioned that they should have had it in the truck and use it if required. They had to come back a second time to flush the powder debris in the gutters and the clogged down sprouts, I was shocked when the bill that was send had an extra charge for flushing the down sprouts (extra $215.00) in addition to the gutter cleaning service fee of $430.00. Fellow Angies List customers , Please avoid this company like the plague. They are a rip off and should not be in business. They did not provide the cleaning service fully in the quote and when I demanded they do the missing items, they gave me the run around initially and then finally do it and then send me a huge bill for it.

The job went well. The covers look like they fit well. Cleaning was thorough. Very professional service.

I got their name from Angie's List in 2015 when I had an overflow problem with my gutters. I did need to call twice but then they had someone here the very next morning. The job was quick, neat, and problem fixed. I signed up for automatic bi-annual cleaning/inspection which has been very reliable. They come automatically (no announcement) so we park our cars away from the gutters 6 months from previous date. They leave a card that work was done. Bill comes via e-mail. We are very satisfied customers.

The main issue is that we have a gutter section that overflows in heavy rain. Another contractor wanted to install a new downspout which would have been expensive and visually unattractive to the front of our house. Wayne, however, suggested a simple and cost effective change which is working wonderfully. Plus he recommended a routine cleaning which our gutters sorely needed. I really like the work and his approach to solving my problem. My only complaint was that it took a couple of weeks for him to come out. But overall, he does good work and charges fair prices. I would use him again.

Once the job was scheduled, The crew was promptly at my house at 8am ready for work. They completed the job early the next day, cleaned up the debris removed the old gutters. The remarkable thing about the performance (which also caused me to write the review) was the job was started Monday 6/29 finished Tuesday 6/30 on Wednesday 7/1 at 7 pm Wayne called me to ask my opinion of the work and to see if I was satisfied, which I was taken back by I don't remember anyone ever doing that meaning the follow up which I thought was very professional.

The price was very reasonable. They quality was fine.

We had a great experience. The damage was more extensive than we realized at first and Wayne was good about explaining the damage and discussing options. It's done right and the price was fair.

Awesome job! Fast, clean and high quality. They did the installation while I was at work, I came home to find that they had completed the job and cleaned up everything; not a spec of debris anywhere. We had a terrible rain storm following the installation and the gutter guards worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Leaves are no longer a problem.
