Knife sharpening
Brought in 10 old kitchen knives (actually old professional restaurant knives). They were all complete within a week and they called once they were done. They placed them all individually in protective sleeves.

Knife sharpening
Excellent. Couldn't find anyone locally to do the job so I called them on the off chance that they had a sharpening service & they DID! They couldn't do it while I waited, but they were able to have it done in a few days. I was very pleased with the quality of the job. What a difference having sharp kitchen knives makes!
