WHEN THE OWNER, GLEN, WAS NOT PRESENT, HIS WORKERS SLACKED OFF AND DID A LOUSY JOB--ESPECIALLY THE PLUMBER (WHO I FIRED). THEY LEFT A MESS & SMOKED IN MY HOUSE & DID VERY SLOPPY WORK. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO GLEN, HE CAME BACK AND RE-DID THE LOUSY WORK HIS GUYS DID. I USED HIM FOR A SECOND JOB TO INSTALL WINDOWS IN ANOTHER PROPERTY AND HE MISMEASURED AND 2 OUT OF THE 6 WINDOWS DON'T FIT PROPERLY. PLUS, THE OTHERS HE INSTALLED HE LEFT UNFINISHED AND THEY LOOK LIKE A 12 YEAR OLD INSTALLED THEM. I'M NOW WAITING FOR HIM TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION OR WE HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
