On Halloween of 2010 I ordered another movie called Mother. They told me 2-3 weeks that I would receive my movie. They told me that if I didn?t receive it in that time they would give me a call to check. It?s not the 8th of January and every time I call them they don?t know what I?m talking about or can?t find the order. They basically take your money and hope you will forget about it. I went in Weds of this past week and I was using my 1st Amendment rights of letting the other customers know what they ordering system is like and they threatened to call security. The manager never has an explanation and their operation is a sham. Don?t order a movie from FYE unless you want to just give them your money. There is no customer service or communication between employees. They have the movies in their warehouse but they can?t give a guarantee on when the arrival date will be.
